Welcome to Alfa Empire. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Alfa Empire, an online store operated by ZETADIGITAL LLC. Alfa Empire operates this store and website, including the related information, content, features, tools, products, and services that provide customers with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Alfa Empire is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services.
These terms and conditions, together with the policies referenced here (the “Terms of Service” or “Terms”), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.
Please read these Terms carefully. They include important information about legal rights, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
By visiting, interacting with, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Services.
Section 1 — Access and account
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence and that you have consented to allow any minor dependents to use the Services on devices you own, purchase, or manage.
To browse our store or purchase products and services, you may be asked to provide information such as your email address and billing, payment, and shipping details. You represent and warrant that the information you provide is correct, current, and complete and that you have the right to provide it.

We make reasonable efforts to represent products and services accurately in our online store. Colors and appearance may vary from what you see on screen because of your device, display settings, or configuration.

Alfa Empire may accept or decline an order for a legitimate reason, including product availability, payment authorization, suspected fraud, or an error in product or pricing information. An order is accepted only when Alfa Empire confirms acceptance, and payment must be received and processed first.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Alfa Empire may be unable to accommodate a cancellation or change after an order is accepted. If we decline, change, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, or phone number provided with the order.
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
You represent and warrant that purchases are for personal or household use rather than commercial resale or export.
Section 4 — Prices and billing
Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect when the order is placed and will appear in the order confirmation. Prices on the United States storefront are displayed in USD. Standard U.S. shipping is free under our Shipping Policy; applicable taxes and any clearly disclosed optional or legally required charges may be added before payment is submitted.
Prices in our online store may differ from prices offered by independent third parties. Promotions may be governed by separate terms. If a promotion’s specific terms conflict with these Terms, the promotion terms control for that promotion.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, and account information and to update that information as needed so we can complete transactions and contact you.
You represent and warrant that payment information is true, correct, and complete, that you are authorized to use the payment method, that the provider will honor the charge, and that you will pay the displayed price and any applicable charges disclosed before purchase.
Section 5 — Shipping and delivery
Shipping destinations, costs, handling times, and transit estimates are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, severe weather, or events outside our reasonable control. Any transfer of title or risk of loss will be determined by applicable law.
Section 6 — Intellectual property
The Services, including trademarks, brand elements, text, displays, images, graphics, product reviews, video, audio, and their design, selection, and arrangement, are owned by Alfa Empire, its affiliates, or licensors and are protected by applicable United States and international intellectual-property laws.
These Terms allow you to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Without prior written consent, you must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or perform, republish, download, store, or transmit material from the Services except as permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms grants a license or other right under a patent, trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property belonging to Alfa Empire, Shopify, or a third party. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Alfa Empire names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Alfa Empire or its affiliates or licensors and may not be used without prior written permission. Shopify’s names and marks belong to Shopify. Other names and marks belong to their respective owners.
Section 7 — Optional tools
The Services may provide access to customer tools offered by third parties that we do not monitor or control.
Access to optional third-party tools is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties, representations, conditions, or endorsement. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for issues arising solely from your use of an optional third-party tool.
Your use of an optional tool is at your discretion. Review and approve the third party’s applicable terms before using it.
New features, tools, or resources offered through the Services will also be treated as part of the Services and will be subject to these Terms.
Section 8 — Third-party links
The Services may contain materials or links to websites operated by third parties, including embedded third-party functions. We are not responsible for evaluating the content or accuracy of an independent third-party website. If you leave the Services to visit one, you do so at your own risk.
We are not liable for harm arising solely from access to a third-party website or from a separate transaction completed directly with that third party. Review the third party’s policies before engaging in a separate transaction.
Alfa Empire remains the customer-service contact for every item purchased directly on alfaempire.com, including order questions, delivery issues, authorized returns, and refunds. Complaints about a separate product or service purchased directly from an unaffiliated third party should be directed to that third party.
Section 9 — Relationship with Shopify
Alfa Empire is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. Sales and purchases made in our store are transactions directly with Alfa Empire, not Shopify. To the extent permitted by law, Shopify is not responsible for a sale between you and Alfa Empire or for injury, damage, or loss arising from a product purchased from Alfa Empire. This provision does not limit obligations that Alfa Empire owes you under applicable law.
Section 10 — Privacy Policy
Personal information collected through the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy. Certain information may also be processed under the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read those policies.
Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify collects and processes information about access to and use of the Services to provide and improve the platform. Information submitted through the Services may be transmitted to Shopify and service providers in other countries. Our Privacy Policy explains how Alfa Empire, Shopify, and our providers process personal information.
Section 11 — Feedback
If you submit, upload, post, email, or otherwise provide ideas, suggestions, feedback, reviews, proposals, plans, or other content (“Feedback”), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display that Feedback in any medium for purposes including operating, evaluating, improving, and promoting the Services.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the rights needed for the Feedback, have disclosed compensation or incentives connected to it, and that the Feedback complies with these Terms. We are not obligated to keep Feedback confidential, pay compensation for it, or respond to it.
We may, but are not required to, monitor, edit, or remove Feedback that we reasonably determine is unlawful, offensive, threatening, defamatory, obscene, otherwise objectionable, or violates intellectual-property rights or these Terms.
Feedback must not violate a third party’s copyright, trademark, privacy, personality, or other proprietary right, contain unlawful or abusive material, or include malicious code. You must not use a false email address, impersonate another person, or mislead us about the origin of Feedback. You remain responsible for the Feedback you provide and its accuracy.

Information in the Services may occasionally contain a typographical error, inaccuracy, or omission concerning product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, shipping charges, transit times, or availability. We may correct an error, update information, or cancel an affected order when information is inaccurate, including after an order is submitted. If an order is affected, we will attempt to notify you and provide any refund required by law.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably determine that these Terms have been violated.

We may terminate this agreement or access to all or part of the Services as permitted by law. You remain responsible for amounts due through the date of termination.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including provisions concerning intellectual property, Feedback, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, severability, waiver, the entire agreement, assignment, governing law, and privacy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alfa Empire and its partners, directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, service providers, and licensors, and Shopify and its affiliates, will not be liable for an indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential loss, including lost profits, revenue, savings, data, or replacement costs, arising from use of the Services or a product obtained through them, even if advised of the possibility. This limitation does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limit the return, refund, or other rights expressly provided by our policies or applicable law.
Section 17 — Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alfa Empire, Shopify, and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from third-party losses, damages, liabilities, or claims, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your material breach of these Terms, violation of law or third-party rights, or unlawful use of the Services.
We will provide notice of an indemnifiable claim when reasonably practicable. A delay in notice will not relieve an obligation unless it causes material prejudice. We may control the defense and settlement at your expense, including the choice of counsel, but will not accept a settlement that imposes a non-monetary obligation on you without your reasonable consent. You agree to cooperate in the defense, including by providing relevant documents.

If a provision of these Terms is held unlawful, void, or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted and the unenforceable portion will be treated as severed. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
Section 19 — Waiver and entire agreement
A failure to exercise or enforce a right or provision does not waive that right or provision.
These Terms and the policies or operating rules posted on the site concerning the Services constitute the entire agreement between you and Alfa Empire regarding use of the Services and supersede prior or contemporaneous agreements or communications on that subject.
An ambiguity in these Terms will not automatically be interpreted against the party that drafted it.
Section 20 — Assignment
You may not transfer or assign this agreement or your rights or obligations under it without prior written consent, and an unauthorized attempt will be void. We may transfer or assign these Terms and our rights and obligations as permitted by law.
Section 21 — Governing law
These Terms and any separate agreement through which we provide Services are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection right, you and Alfa Empire consent to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts serving the location where ZETADIGITAL LLC is headquartered.

We may update or replace part of these Terms by publishing a revised version on the website.
