Shipping Policy

At Alfa Empire, we are proud to serve customers across the United States with clear and reliable shipping. The information below explains how we process and deliver your fashion order.

1. General shipping information

We currently ship to valid addresses within the United States only. We do not currently ship internationally.

Standard shipping is free for every U.S. order. Delivery estimates may vary when a carrier experiences a disruption, severe weather, or an unusually busy period.

2. Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Orders placed after the daily cutoff, on a weekend, or on a public holiday begin processing on the next business day. During peak seasons or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer; we will communicate a material delay when possible.

3. Shipping rates

Free standard shipping: we offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders, with no minimum purchase.

4. Estimated delivery times

Here is what to expect after placing an order:

  • Daily order cutoff: 5:00 PM (GMT-5), Monday–Friday
  • Processing time: 1–2 business days, Monday–Friday
  • Transit time after dispatch: 3–12 business days, Monday–Friday
  • Estimated total delivery time: 4–14 business days after the order is placed

Please note: delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, or other events outside our reasonable control.

5. Shipping restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), or restricted locations. Certain items may also be subject to carrier or United States shipping restrictions.

6. Address changes and order cancellations

Review the delivery address before placing the order. If you need to request an address change or cancellation, email hello@alfaempire.com immediately. A request made within 24 hours may be possible, but a change or cancellation is not guaranteed. Once an order has entered processing or shipped, the address cannot be changed and the order cannot be cancelled.

7. Failed delivery or returned packages

If delivery fails because an address is incomplete or incorrect, a package is refused, or the carrier cannot complete delivery, the order may be returned. We will contact you when we receive notice and explain the available reshipment or refund options. Any actual additional shipping cost will be disclosed before action is taken and charged only when permitted by law.

8. Lost or damaged packages

If tracking has not updated or the package has not arrived by the end of the estimated delivery window, allow up to three additional business days and then email hello@alfaempire.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery and include your order number plus clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. Alfa Empire will provide a replacement, refund, or no-cost return as appropriate.

9. Shipping policy updates

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our service or legal requirements. The latest version and its revision date will remain available on this page.
