Payment policy
Orders are charged in U.S. dollars (USD). The payment methods actually available for an order are the methods displayed at checkout. Availability may vary by device, browser, billing location, or payment-provider eligibility.
Supported options may include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Elo, JCB, UnionPay, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. The options shown at checkout are the definitive list for your order.
Payment is authorized or captured when the order is submitted, as shown at checkout. We do not accept cash, checks, or direct bank transfers unless that option is explicitly displayed at checkout.
Payment security
Payments are processed through Shopify and the payment provider selected at checkout. Alfa Empire does not receive or store your complete payment-card number. Do not email full card details to us.
Failed, duplicate, or pending payments
If payment is declined, verify the billing information or contact the issuing bank. A pending authorization may appear temporarily even if an order was not completed; the issuing bank controls the release time. If you believe you were charged twice, contact us with the order number and the last four digits of the payment method only.
Refunds
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. See our Refund Policy for eligibility and timing.
