Return and Refund Policy

For orders delivered in the United Kingdom, Alfa Empire offers a 30-day return window from delivery. This voluntary policy adds to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Your UK right to cancel an online order

For an online purchase, you can notify us that you wish to cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to send them back. Email hello@alfaempire.com or use the cancellation form below. A clear statement of cancellation is sufficient; you do not need to use the form.

For a statutory cancellation, we refund the goods and the cost of standard outbound delivery within 14 days after receiving the return or evidence that it has been sent, whichever is earlier. We use the original payment method unless you agree otherwise. You pay the direct return shipping cost for a change of mind. This does not apply to faulty or incorrect goods, for which we cover reasonable return costs. Any deduction for unnecessary handling must be permitted by law.

Our voluntary 30-day return window gives you additional time to request a return and does not replace your statutory rights.

How to request a return

Email hello@alfaempire.com with your order number and the item you want to return within 30 calendar days of delivery. We will provide return instructions and the correct return destination. Please do not send a parcel before receiving these instructions. Waiting for instructions does not remove your statutory cancellation rights or extend statutory return deadlines. Please send a change-of-mind return within 14 days after your request unless we agree otherwise.

Condition of returned goods and return costs

You may inspect and try an item as you would in a shop. For change-of-mind returns, please return it with all accessories and, where possible, the original tags and packaging. Handling beyond what is necessary to establish the item's nature, characteristics and fit may lead to a deduction for resulting loss of value, where permitted by law.

For a change of mind, size or preference, the customer pays the direct cost of return shipping to the destination in our instructions. This may be an international shipment to our U.S. returns facility; the amount depends on your chosen carrier, parcel size and service. We do not charge a restocking fee. If an item is defective, damaged or incorrect, Alfa Empire covers the reasonable return cost or provides another no-cost solution as required by law.

Refunds and exchanges

For a return under our voluntary 30-day policy, we refund after receiving and checking the item, normally within 7 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. We will email you when the refund is issued. Your payment provider may need additional time to show it.

We do not process direct exchanges for a change of mind or size. To order a different size or item, request a return and place a separate order. This does not limit a replacement or other remedy available under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items and the United Kingdomn consumer rights

Contact hello@alfaempire.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos of the item, packaging and shipping label help us resolve damage or delivery errors.

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected. Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Where the law provides a right to reject faulty goods, repair, replacement or a refund, we will provide the applicable remedy. These rights also apply to sale items and are not limited by our voluntary 30-day return window. Original packaging is not required to exercise a statutory remedy.
