Return and Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 calendar days after delivery to request a return.
To be eligible, an item must be in the same condition in which it was received: unworn, unwashed, unused, with its original tags, accessories, and packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.
To start a return, email hello@alfaempire.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return. For a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, include clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
If the return is accepted, we will send a return authorization and instructions explaining how and where to mail the package. For a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Alfa Empire will cover return shipping or provide another no-cost resolution. For a change of mind, size, or preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order after delivery and contact us promptly if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can review the issue and make it right. A damage or order-error claim must be submitted within 30 calendar days of delivery.
Exceptions and non-returnable items
For health, safety, or customization reasons, we do not accept returns of gift cards, personalized items, beauty or personal-care products, underwear or lingerie, earrings, opened face coverings, or swimwear with the hygiene seal removed. Items clearly marked “Final Sale” before purchase are also non-returnable. Please contact us before submitting a return if you have a question about a specific item.
These exclusions do not limit your rights when an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different item or size is to request a return for the original item and, after authorization, place a separate order for the preferred item.
Refunds
After a return is delivered to the authorized facility, it is normally inspected within 5–7 business days. We will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund is issued automatically to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need up to 10 additional business days to post the credit.
The restocking fee is $0 for returns that meet this policy. If 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, email hello@alfaempire.com so we can investigate.

Returns are accepted by mail only. The authorized return address or instructions may vary by item, so do not send a package until Alfa Empire has approved the return.
