Shipping policy

Shipping destination and cost

We currently ship to valid addresses within the United States only. Standard shipping is free on every U.S. order, with no minimum purchase. We do not currently ship internationally.

Order cutoff, handling, and delivery

  • Daily order cutoff: 5:00 PM (GMT-5), Monday–Friday.
  • Handling time: 1–2 business days, Monday–Friday.
  • Transit time after dispatch: 3–10 business days, Monday–Friday.
  • Estimated total delivery time: 4–12 business days after the order is placed.

Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on public holidays begin processing on the next business day. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier disruptions, severe weather, or peak periods.

Fulfillment origin and partner

Eligible U.S. inventory is normally processed through the fulfillment facility at 17300 Railroad Street, Unit D, City of Industry, CA 91748, United States. Depending on item availability, an order may be dispatched from another fulfillment origin. The tracking email identifies the shipment and carrier.

Carriers, tracking, and split shipments

Tracked delivery services may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another comparable carrier selected for the destination and item. After dispatch, we send a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages; there is no extra standard shipping charge for split shipments.

Address changes and cancellations

Review the delivery address before placing the order. To request an address change or cancellation, email hello@alfaempire.com immediately. Requests made within 24 hours may be possible but are not guaranteed. Once an order has entered processing or shipped, the address cannot be changed and the order cannot be cancelled.

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If a package is returned because the address was incorrect, incomplete, refused, or undeliverable, contact us for the available reshipment or refund options. Actual additional shipping costs may be deducted when permitted by law and will be disclosed before any action is taken.

Delayed, lost, damaged, or incorrect shipments

If tracking has not updated or the package has not arrived by the end of the estimated window, allow up to 3 additional business days and then contact us. We will investigate with the carrier. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Alfa Empire will provide a replacement, refund, or no-cost return as appropriate.
