Returns and refunds

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after the order is delivered. This 30-day return promise is provided by Alfa Empire and must be initiated through us, even though fulfillment is handled by a third-party partner.

How to request a return

  1. Email hello@alfaempire.com within 30 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. For a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, include clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
  3. Wait for our approval, return authorization, and shipping instructions. Do not send an item back without authorization.
  4. After authorization, ship the item within 7 calendar days and keep the tracking receipt until the refund is completed.

Return method: returns are accepted by mail only. We do not accept in-person returns.

Return eligibility

To qualify, an item must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in its original condition, with all original tags, liners, accessories, and product packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Shoes must be returned with the original shoe box protected inside an outer shipping box. Bundles must be returned as a complete set.

Items that cannot be returned

For health, safety, or customization reasons, we do not accept returns of gift cards, personalized items, beauty or personal-care products, underwear or lingerie, earrings, opened face coverings, or swimwear with the hygiene seal removed. Items clearly marked “Final Sale” before purchase are also non-returnable. These exclusions do not limit your rights when an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.

Return shipping costs and fees

  • Changed mind, size, or preference: the customer pays the return shipping cost. The exact cost depends on the carrier and service selected.
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect item: Alfa Empire covers the return shipping cost or provides another no-cost resolution.
  • Restocking fee: $0 for returns that meet this policy.
  • Original shipping: standard U.S. shipping is free. Any optional expedited shipping charge is non-refundable unless the order was incorrect or defective.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. Request a return for the original item and place a new order for the preferred item. This helps avoid inventory delays.

Inspection and refund timing

After the return is delivered to the authorized facility, it is inspected within 5–7 business days. If approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need up to 10 additional business days to post the credit. If 15 business days have passed since refund approval, contact us so we can investigate.

We will email you if a return does not meet the conditions above and explain the available next step.

Order cancellation

Contact us immediately if you need to cancel or change an order. A request made within 24 hours may be possible, but cancellation or modification is not guaranteed. Once an order has entered processing or shipped, it cannot be cancelled and the return process above will apply after delivery.
