What is Alfa Empire?

Alfa Empire is an online women’s clothing store operated by ZETADIGITAL LLC. We offer modern wardrobe essentials and seasonal styles.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only.

Is shipping free?

Yes. Standard shipping is free on all U.S. orders, with no minimum purchase.

How long does delivery take?

Handling takes 1–2 business days and transit normally takes 3–10 business days. The estimated total is 4–12 business days, Monday–Friday. We email tracking information after dispatch.

Who fulfills my order?

Eligible U.S. inventory is normally processed through the City of Industry, California fulfillment facility; the shipment confirmation identifies the carrier and tracking details.

What is the return window?

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. Email hello@alfaempire.com before sending anything back. The item must meet the conditions in our Refund Policy.

Who pays for return shipping?

For a change of mind, size, or preference, the customer pays return shipping. Alfa Empire covers return shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. The restocking fee is $0 for compliant returns.

How long does a refund take?

Returns are inspected within 5–7 business days after delivery to the authorized facility. Once approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method; the bank or payment provider may need up to 10 additional business days to post it.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not process direct exchanges. Return the original item after authorization and place a new order for the preferred item.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us immediately. A request within 24 hours may be possible but is not guaranteed. Once processing or shipping has started, the order cannot be changed or cancelled.

How do I report a damaged or incorrect item?

Email hello@alfaempire.com within 30 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
