Shipping Policy

Alfa Empire ships to valid delivery addresses in Denmark. This policy explains our shipping costs and estimated delivery times for Danish orders.
Shipping cost and destinations
Standard shipping to Denmark is free on every order, with no minimum purchase. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or restricted addresses.
Order processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. The daily order cutoff is 5:00 PM (GMT-5), Monday–Friday. Orders placed after the cutoff, on a weekend, or on a public holiday begin processing on the next business day.
Estimated delivery time
- Processing: 1–2 business days.
- Transit after dispatch: 6–8 business days, Monday–Friday.
- Estimated total from order placement: 7–10 business days.
These are estimates. Carrier disruptions, severe weather, public holidays, or unusually busy periods can affect delivery. We will communicate a material delay when possible.
Address changes and delivery problems
Please check your delivery address before placing an order. For an address change or cancellation request, email hello@alfaempire.com as soon as possible. We will try to help, but a change may no longer be possible once processing or dispatch has begun. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
If a delivery fails because the address is incomplete or incorrect, the parcel is refused, or the carrier cannot complete delivery, contact us. We will explain the available reshipment or refund options and disclose any additional shipping cost before taking action, where such a charge is permitted by law.
Missing, damaged, or incorrect items
If your parcel is delayed, missing, damaged, or contains an incorrect item, contact hello@alfaempire.com with your order number. For damaged or incorrect items, photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label help us resolve the issue. We will investigate with the carrier where needed and offer the remedy required by applicable law. Our return and refund policy explains returns. This section does not limit your statutory rights.
